PHABRIX’s Qx V3.0 rasterizer successfully tested in JT-NM Tested Program

The Qx V3.0 rasterizer by PHABRIX has been successfully tested as an end point in the JT-NM Tested Program. This program, designed by the Joint Task Force on Networked Media (JT-NM), provides prospective purchasers of IP-based equipment additional and better-documented insight into how vendor equipment aligns to the SMPTE ST 2110 and SMPTE ST 2059 standards. The catalogue provides transparency, highlighting the test criteria and testing methodology, as well as the hardware and software versions of the tested products.

The results concerning the Qx IP V3.0 by PHABRIX show that it is the only test and measurement product to support four flows simultaneously: 1 x Video, 2 x Audio, 1 x ANC flows, and to support -20, -30, -40 with 2022-7 on all four flows. Plus, the Qx is the only test and measurement solution that offers analysis tools for -40 (ANC Status, ANC Inspector, Display of Closed Caption Text) as well as ST 2110-30 Class C up to 10 channels at 1ms packing and up to 64 channels at 125us packing.

JT-NM Tested SMPTE ST 2110

While JT-NM Tested is not a certification program, it does provide insight into how vendor equipment aligns with key SMPTE standards, furthermore offering prospective purchasers and users with a reference point as they begin their equipment evaluation and qualification process.
