The PF120 by BirdDog is a high-quality NDI box camera. More specifically, PF120 is a remotely controllable camera based on BirdDog’s full-bandwidth NDI A/V transfer protocol.

PF120 comes equipped with many features, including a Sony Exmor R back-illuminated sensor, Full NDI®️, 20x optical zoom, and a complete color matrix. The Sony Exmor R CMOS image sensor allows the PF120 to deliver images with significantly enhanced imaging characteristics including enhanced low noise sensitivity.

The PF120’s color tools offer 64 levels of saturation and hue control. So it’s easy to shade and match the cameras. The camera is powered by PoE or from the power adaptor (included). Everything is housed in a die cast chassis that’s built to last.

IO Industries announces its new 8KSDI camera, combining 8K (and UHDTV2) capture with live 10-bit SDI output. This compact, single-piece POV video camera offers superb image quality at an affordable price.

The 8KSDI camera is designed for professional live broadcast and video production environments as well as virtual reality content creation, visual effects, remote monitoring and wide-area surveillance. It provides a low latency connection over 12G/6G-SDI to other infrastructure. It also features a new global shutter CMOS image sensor, the XGS 45000, from ON Semiconductor. This sensor eliminates motion artifacts and flash bonding effects by combining high resolution with high image quality & uniformity. In applications where 8K resolution is not needed, an in-camera scaling mode enables 4K/UHD output at 60fps via single-link 12G/6G-SDI.

For factory-installed lens mounts, two choices are available: F-mount or Active EF-Mount. The F-mount is a passive, mechanical-only mount while the Active EF-mount electronically controls attached EF-mount lenses.
