Article 3: Purposes for Processing Personal Data

In line with the above, and unless it is necessary to communicate personal data to companies whose involvement as third-party service providers on behalf of and under the control of the data controller is required for the aforementioned purposes, the seller will not share the personal data collected in this context, nor will it sell, rent, or exchange it with any organization or entity unless you have been previously informed and have explicitly given your consent, or unless required by law, for example, in the context of legal proceedings.

For the purposes mentioned in Article 3, the seller is authorized to process the following personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, address, and VAT number. The seller only processes the personal data you provide to us. The data is only processed if such processing is necessary for the purposes mentioned in Article 3.

Article 5: Recipients of the Data

As mentioned above, and unless it is necessary to communicate personal data to organizations or entities whose involvement as third-party service providers on behalf of and under the control of the data controller is required for the aforementioned purposes, the seller will not share the personal data collected in this context, nor will it sell, rent, or exchange it with any organization or entity unless you have been previously informed and have explicitly given your consent.

The seller uses third-party service providers:

  • The seller uses an external provider for sending the electronic newsletter and for the delivery of packages.
  • The seller may take any necessary measures to ensure the proper management of its website and its IT system. The seller may transmit personal data upon the request of any legally competent authority or on its own initiative if it believes in good faith that such transmission is necessary to comply with laws or regulations or to defend and/or protect the rights or property of the company, its customers, its website, and/or yourself.

Article 6: Security Measures

To the extent possible, to prevent unauthorized access to the personal data collected in this context, the seller has established security and organizational procedures. These procedures apply to both the collection and storage of such data and extend to all subcontractors the seller may use.

Article 7: Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for 10 years in compliance with current customs legislation. After this period, personal data is deleted, subject to the application of other applicable laws.

Article 8: Rights of Access, Rectification, Right to Erasure, Data Portability, Objection, Non-Profiling, and Security Breach Notification

You have the right to consult and rectify the relevant data. You also have the right to erasure, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to refuse profiling and the right to be notified of security breaches. The buyer declares having read and understood the above and authorizes the seller to process their personal data.
