With a single 12V DC input and a 4-pin XLR power connection, this amplifier takes one SDI input and distributes it to four fully reclocked outputs. This setup guarantees stable signals across all connected devices, minimizing any potential loss. The BN352-Dual supports various SDI standards, including 12G-SDI, 6G-SDI, 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, SD-SDI, as well as MADI and ASI, with an automatic reclocker that adjusts to different data rates, ensuring maximum compatibility.
Thanks to automatic input signal equalization and output reclocking, the BN352-Dual extends signal reach without compromising quality, making it ideal for longer cable runs. It complies with SMPTE standards (ST-2082, ST-2081, ST-424, ST-292, and ST-259) and is capable of supporting resolutions up to 4K at 60Hz.
Design
Encased in a compact and robust aluminum housing, the BN352-Dual fits seamlessly into rack-mounted setups or tight spaces, particularly in OB (Outside Broadcast) applications. Its LED indicator offers quick status updates, alerting users to any input signal loss. Lockable BNC connectors add an extra level of security by preventing accidental disconnections, ideal for live production settings.
